Holistic Therapist

Often chronic illnesses can be difficult to manage with mainstream medicine. So holistic therapies can be useful for people with difficult to treat illnesses, I have also found that complementary therapies are useful for stress management and as a preventative measure as well as for maintaining good health and well-being.

I started my career as a beauty therapist after gaining a City and Guilds qualification. I spent 10 years working as a beauty therapist in salons ,health spas and hotels. I became more interested in the therapeutic treatments and completed further training in reflexology in 1998 through The Bayly School;  the official teaching body for ‘The British Reflexology Association’. I also completed further training in aromatherapy , indian head massage, reiki healing and emo trance (an energy healing therapy). I am a Reiki Master Practitioner.

Over the years I have been rewarded by seeing the benefits people experience after treatments, particularly with reflexology and reiki, on both emotional and physical levels.
