When I started my food freedom journey I had literally no guidance and when I decided to “eat normally”, I thought I could just do it like anything else… how hard can it be? It's just eating, isn't it? Well, I am not going to lie, it was freaking hard and bumpy and messy especially with my compulsive exercise tendency. I was so young, without a stable job or salary so I went to all of the free group therapy sessions I could but I still wasn’t “getting it” and just kept jumping between restricting and binging, dieting and not dieting, being super skinny or 10 kg heavier. I spent years finding out what actually works for my body and mind.

Today I am intuitive eating and body movement expert who helps women world-wide find food freedom and feel strong and confident in their bodies inside of my 1 to 1 and group coaching community.
