Rosalind is a certified holistic tai chi and qigong practitioner who has been practising since 2016. Her sessions in tai chi and qigong offer slow, gentle mindful and low impact forms of exercises, and can be offered on a group or individual basis. The philosophy of Rosalind’s sessions are based on enrichment, focusing on promoting health, relaxation and enjoyment. In each session, participants can expect to be gently guided through mindful, calming and fluid sequences whilst enjoying a relaxing yet, restorative experience. The co-ordinated movements are suitable for all, and can also be applied seated.
Rosalind has an in depth knowledge of the interrelationship between the mind, body and emotions and is extremely passionate about promoting health and wellbeing on a holistic level. She has a non judgemental, calming and creative approach, and thoroughly enjoys incorporating the ancient disciplines and philosophies of tai chi and qigong into busy modern living.
In addition, Rosalind also holds qualifications in health studies, counselling, hypnotherapy, reiki, colour therapy, and emotional freedom technique and has extensive experience of working therapeutically with individuals and groups within the health and wellbeing arena.
