During my training I have covered other approaches which allow me to use many different tools to help clients to achieve the outcomes they desire, in a way which suits them the best. This ensures therapy is unique to each individual client.
I have completed online and telephone counselling training and currently offer sessions via telephone and video link- Zoom or Microsoft Teams I believe the therapeutic relationship is key and I offer you a safe, non-judgemental, trusting, genuine and professional space to explore any aspect of your life.

Therapy is a collaborative process and I would never tell you what you need to discuss; you are the expert of you. We would explore any difficulties or challenges you are facing and find solutions or understanding together, moving forward together, at your pace.
