I am an experienced Life Coach, Rapid Transformational Therapist and Certified Hypnotherapist and for over 10 years have helped people achieve a transformation in some aspect of their life where they have been stuck.

I am an expert in helping women overcome burnout, learn phenomenal coping skills for managing stress and restore themselves on every level - emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually. This is my passion because I personally experienced multiple cycles of burnout over many years, from my corporate job, as an entrepreneur and as a coach. I would take a break from working, implement changes to my well-being (meditation, diet) that were fundamental to regaining my health. However the cycle kept repeating, so I started digging deeper. I came across Rapid Transformation Therapy and it enabled me to get to the root cause of this repeating pattern of burnout and uncover the reason and cause as to why I would continue to push myself through, seemingly fine and managing to juggle many balls in the air, creating the impression I was superwoman - until it all came crashing down, again. It was triggered by being a high-achiever, having a fear of failure, a need to be perfect, an addiction to being busy, an inability to put my own needs first and a resistance to taking help from anyone.

I haven’t burned out since because I have totally changed my beliefs and have the insight, understanding and tools to manage my health and my life and keep myself in balance. Many women may not fully burn out but they live in a constant state of exhaustion and extreme fatigue. Juggling too many demands at home and at work, trying to be good at everything with not enough hours in the day, constantly trying to prove themselves, feeling overwhelmed and anxious, trying to be a great employee, wife/partner, mother, daughter, friend. Putting everyone else’s needs before their own, unable to create healthy boundaries, feeling under pressure, exhausted, often using alcohol to cope and accepting that is just how it is.

I enable a breakthrough for others in recovery from burnout, so they can regain their health and life much quicker than me. My approach gets to the root cause of the mindset causing burnout and creates and sustains a permanent shift in behaviour.

I also have 20 years experience in senior business consulting and people roles, facilitating leaders to define and achieve their business goals. I am a respected leader, excellent communicator and have strong skills in maximising people performance in the workplace. I worked in the field of Diversity and Inclusion for years where I empowered hundreds of women to progress in their careers, through building their self-confidence and developing their leadership skills.

Having have spent much of my life overseas, I now live in the Cotswolds with my husband, 3 daughters and 3 fluffy pooches. I love yoga, meditation, country walks and all things wellness.
