I have been where you've been now, reading through people's bios, trying to decide whether this is the right step you are taking... you doubt yourself, question what you are doing, wondering if "talking to a stranger" will really help... "What if they judge me?" "I might feel silly." "What can talking to someone really do?"

Let me tell you... I really enjoy my job. Honestly, it doesn't feel like work. It doesn't feel like a job.I trained in a relational integrated approach which means I studied a wide range of models which inform my awareness and my practice. Some of these models include; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Person centred, Rewind therapy, Gestalt therapy and Attachment. I am passionate about my integrated way of working as I do not believe there is just one approach for every individual, we are all different; our needs are different based on our own unique experiences and view of the world.

Making a decision to access therapy can be difficult; it can be nerve wracking, it can be scary, it can make you feel vulnerable but the positives far outweigh the negatives. I know. I have been there. Getting this far and reading this bio signifies that you have accepted that you need some extra support and that you are taking the first steps to take control and start to build on making positive changes in your life. You never know unless you try.
